Quality

"Trust is good, verification is better" as an old saying goes. Therefore all material supplied by FARO is inspected and checked thoroughly in our warehouse prior to repacking and dispatch to site. Consignments that are too large to be handled in our warehouse are inspected by our quality staff at the manufacturer's workshop before shipment. Monitoring of production and inspection are performed on all orders to ensure that material is ready on time. This additional quality surveillance enables us to act to prevent any wrong or defective material from reaching our customers. Considering transit times of up to 8 weeks before materials reach site and are inspected, problems and loss of precious time caused by claims can be immense - excluding the potential for claims is a constant priority of FARO and we are proud of our record of success. FARO dedicates itself to quality starting from consultation and liaison with our clients at the bidding stage through to packing, delivery and final documentation. The satisfaction of our customers' needs and expectations is our daily motivation. In order to achieve this goal, our sources are selected carefully and are re-appraised on a regular basis. We work only with first-class manufacturers operating according to approved QA systems. Needless to say, we operate strictly in accordance with our own quality assurance system and are certified to ISO 9001.

QUALITY CERTIFICATION

All items will be delivered after a thorough quality check in our warehouse and are accompanied by mill test certificates to EN 10204/3.1. On request, third party inspection can be performed on finished material and full certification provided in accordance with EN 10204/3.2. Our inspections are performed with independent, international inspection agencies such as TÜV, Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyds, DNV and Intertek / Moody

• Non ferrous materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, Bronze, Brass and others

MANUFACTURING STANDARDS

Our products are mainly manufactured and certified to ASTM/ASME, DIN, ISO/EN, API, BS, AFNOR and GHOST standards.
